.NET Framework - Transforming multi-layer elements to attributes

All,
Trying to transform elements to attributes but encounter some problem with
transforming grandchildren element when children are not needed. Also can
you show me how to delimit the multiple sub elements(now being converted to
attributes) and the way to handle when an element has attributes within the
element.
