.NET Framework - Mail Contacts

How do you change contacts so that list appears in "Last Name, First Name"
format?

AFAIK, you'd have to enter them that way, but for better answers, try
posting in a Windows Mail group.

To find the group you need:

Then open your language in the TreeView on the left, scroll down to
Mail" group.
