.NET Framework - I got something wonky

Howdy all...
Finally I've got a little free time to redo my website...messing with an EW
template. In IE I'm getting left/right and up/down scrollbars on my masthead
area but in FF and Netscrape I'm not. I'm about to go blind looking for my
mistake.
Also...what's weird is the green color looks different between IE and
FF...which I find strange on a calibrated monitor.
Tnx,

Color looks the same to me - IE6 / FF2.
Used this tool (http://www.veign.com/application.php?appid=107) to verify
the colors are exactly the same, from a rendered standpoint.

Hey thanks...I like Pixeur better than the other picker I'd been using.
Colors are exact...must be an optical dilusion on my part.
